Work From Home (WFH) vs Hybrid Work Culture in India: A Comparative Study on Employee Productivity and Well-being

This study examines the comparative impact of Work From Home (WFH) and hybrid work culture on employee productivity and well-being in the Indian context. With the rapid transformation of workplace practices following the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations have increasingly adopted flexible work models, making it essential to evaluate their effectiveness. The study adopts a quantitative research approach using primary data collected from 200 respondents through a structured questionnaire. Key variables that are analyzed include employee productivity, well-being, organizational support and demographic factors.
