Abstract

This study examines the relationship between employee experience and employee outcomes among Generation Z and Millennials. Using data from 772 employees, the study employs PLS-SEM and multi-group analysis to assess differences between the two generations. The findings indicate that employee experience significantly influences employee performance, turnover intentions, and discretionary behaviour, with stronger effects observed among Generation Z than Millennials. The study highlights the importance of recognising generational differences when designing employee experience and human resource practices. These findings suggest that tailored workplace strategies may strengthen positive employee outcomes across a multigenerational workforce.
